Read my name, though. I believe the Thylacine is still alive and the South China Tiger (while no longer found in a completely pure form just like our firends the Amur Leopard and Barbary Lion) has a pretty good chance because of the work going on in Africa. The difference between the Thylacine and the South China Tiger is that people are trying to save the Tiger. No one really tried saving the Thylacine until it was far too late.
