Yep it was fantastic to see, I saw loads of their diggings along the side of the pathway so it was really nice to actually see the animal which stayed relatively still for a couple of minutes though hid in very dense bushes.
This is in Kings Park by the way, right in the centre of Perth, where there is a population of these, and I also know people who have seen them in the Perth Hills and even in gardens there.
