When we visited last April (2015) they had:
American Alligators, Alligator Snapping Turtle, Florida Gar, Roseate Spoonbill, Pygmy rattlesnake, Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake, Barred Owl, Gopher Tortoise, Red Rat Snake, Indigo Snake.
I might be missing one or two but that was the most recent collection. In the past they have had Armadillos and Anerican Crocodiles. Generally there are anywhere from 10-12 species at one time.
