Mehdi 13 Jun 2018 Kelp gull (Larus dominicanus). According to the checklist of birds of Chile, the only other possibilities would be Belcher's gull but those have different beaks (so completely ruled out) or a vagrant Herring gull but those are very grey unlike this one
