Giant Eland

Species ID please?

Photo taken off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts
Yeah it looks like a Manx Shearwater, but I don't know which other species you get around there for comparison.
 
Our brief research shows 3 common shearwaters in Cape Cod. Great, Sooty and Manx. Sooty is all sort of brown and sooty so it is not this. Greats appear to have the white go right around its neck. The bird in your photo has dark feathers visible on the side and down its neck. Could be a Great (or something completely different), but we still think Manx.
