Agree with A. xanthopterus. There are many similar species that can be easily confused with this one (A. grammoptilus, A. dussumieri, A. gahhm), but the combination of dark caudal scalpel with white blotch around it, lack of white margin on the caudal fin, and lack of blue tinge on the operculum identifies this individual as A. xanthopterus.
