Hydrictis maculicollis. A single spot-necked otter was one of the exotic otters at the Trust at Earsham, near Bungay, in Suffolk (now closed). Note the large natural looking pen which was fed by water from the River Waveney; 31st May 1978. Scanned from a Kodachrome slide.
