spotted eagle ray

Ocean Voyager: spotted eagle ray. March 14, 2019. I would imagine these are Aetobatus narinari as that's what's native to the Western Atlantic, however ZTL claims Europe keeps A. ocellatus which is native to the Indian Ocean. I'm not sure if the populations are connected, if ZTL is simply incorrect, or if they are just different species, but further information is welcome.
