Bravo on uploading more photos from this intriguing zoo! I'd heard from someone that recently visited that there were many hyenas, but how many are on exhibit at one time?
I don't know exactly the number of hyenas now. During my last visit (february), I just saw some of them. If you look at ISIS there are 3.8 spotted hyenas. Normally, they are all on exhibit : the major group with nine hyenas and a second group consisted of two isolated animals (the oldest) in another enclosure.
I remember a visit two years ago where I saw ten or eleven hyenas in the house of the major enclosure (very small for such a number of hyenas).
