Is it only seals, or do you extend this to all animals?
I have recently become very interested in the idea, widely held, that keeping large animals indoors is unacceptable, but it's somehow fine for smaller ones.
@FunkyGibbon in this situation, it is only seals. Large pachyderm exhibits indoors is fine, as long as they have outdoor access. I might ask, do the seals have outdoor access as well?
