Taken from my camp near Arusha and Mt Meru, Tanzania (I also saw many live ones but wasn\'t carrying my camera around at night when the frogs were out)
Looks like Amietophrynus regularis, or square marked toad, these where in the genus bufo as most toads are but have now been split though still in the Bufonidea family.
