The name sign says "Col du Boeuf Musqué" or "Climb of the Musk Ox", I'm not exactly sure why they did that. And while the slope from the wolverine shelter towards the musk ox exhibit is indeed quite steep, I'm fairly certain it does not in fact have an 18% grade.
