This was back in 2005, Steve's team from Australia Zoo assisted us in the relocation of several huge False Gharials. In the picture they are releasing the biggest gharial - a 5m-long male - into its new habitat.

On September 4th, 2006, Steve Irwin died. Australia lost a conservation legend that day.
