Sterlets and larger sturgeons like this one are kept in the pond in the Chinese courtyard which is completely unsigned (and no listing is present at ZTL either). Through posting the image in an ID group and some research I found it is likely a Russian or Japanese sturgeon.
Seeing that very little zoos hold Japanese (/Amur sturgeon), I would assume it's Russian sturgeon
