The aviary still houses some birds, it was labeled for Black-headed ibis, Mandarin duck, Philippine duck, Fulvous whistling duck and Asian woolly-necked stork, I also saw a juvenile white-naped crane in there. Demolition of this aviary for an expansion of the Asian elephant facility is planned.
