Entrance at sunset. Grounds are open until 10pm in summer Saturday nights.
I arrived a couple minutes past 7pm and parking lot was completely full with a dozen cars circling for a spot. I finally parked (with another car) next some scrub where I would not block anyone. The friends I was meeting there arrived a little later and just followed some people who were leaving to take their spot.
