That enclosure does NOT look secure enough for an animal like a sun bear. One break in sa piece of chainlink (either through damage or rust) and it can be pulled out leaving a gaping hole. Part of the right-hand wall appears to be sheet metal. The upright supports are tree trunks and unless treated properly - and I doubt this place treats them at all - can become infested with borers. And sun bears have great claws for ripping wood apart anyway, infested or not.
