Sunny Day 2-2-09

Another fine sunny 78 degree Summer... um, I mean Winter day at the San Diego Zoo.

This is a great zoo for many reasons, but the climate is a massive factor when showcasing animals in zoos. Instead of having locked doors and access to only indoor quarters for the zoo's inhabitants, just about the entire San Diego Zoo is open air 365 days a year.

Wow, your lucky, in LA is a lot hotter at 80 degrees...haha

I agree with you Scott, in Los Angeles we have the same situation with all animals staying out year round.
