Personally I think this may be mislabelled. It doesn't look strong enough marked on the breast for Spice, and the head colouration is a bit too light. I think these might be Bengalese Finch?

You are right- they are Bengalese. Spice Finch has much clearer thin markings all over the upper breast, not like this at all. One has white head markings- again a Bengalese trait.
