Tanager ID

Oct. 29 2016. At the show of the Dutch Softbill Society ( Speciaalclub van Insecten- en vruchtenetende vogels ).
Still not found-out which species this could be...
Are you sure that this is a tanager? It must be a moulting juvenile but ive never seen anyrhing like it.

As a guess could it be a young male red-crested finch? I had a pair for a while and although i never bred them this does remind me of them and im sure that they are still kept and bred in western europe.

Has some similarities but the yellowish crest-stripe would be very untypical for red-crested finch.

Reminds me to Habia rubica, but the crest/yellow strip should be red... Although I don´t know how juveniles look.
