Well, the painture in the rear is not that great, but the kangaroo body right below of the picture looks extremly real.

It is an actual kangaroo carcass that they place meat in. This is I believe the human impact enclosure while there is another one that is a bit more natural in terms of the environment

Actually, it's an artificial carcass, probably made out of fibreglass.

An actual carcass would have smelled lovely after a few days of authentic Australian summer!
