Taxidermy Turnicidae species (?), art event at Cambridge Terrace (Wellington Central)

Not a Turnicidae. This is a passerine flegding - I think a skylark (Alauda arvensis). Notice the long straight bill, the inflated commisures and fluffy dorsal plumage (both indicative of a flegding), the long claws, and the presence of hind toe (that buttonquails lack).
 
Yes, it is a Skylark fledgling. Weird that the label seen in the reflection says "Button Quail"...

Where is this art exhibition? I go along Cambridge Terrace on the way to and from work.
