Love the island section.
I'm more skeptical with the open-air pool for exotic freshwater fish (exhibit n°39). Even of the local climate is mild, some of the species may not survive in winter, and more over, nobody would really notice these fish.
@Haliaeetus The climate argument may be a factor, but at the same time... All people need to do is look at the moat. And still, I prioritize welfare to visibility. I didn't see the sturgeons at Tierpark Hellabrunn for example, but I'm sure the outdoor pond they were in provides them with an excellent home, which is the more important factor here.
