yeah i noticed the indoor pool. how did the dolphins get from one pool to the other? were they connected then? little effort had been made to make this pool look natural. it looks like a pool you'd find in a hotel in majorca.

They where connected so they could move between the two pools.

I'm really suprised somewhere like Whipsnade would still have such an outdated pool for sealions!:(

Are there any plans to build a new 1?

The pool is fine size wise, it's very deep and pretty big. It's also a listed building so they can't rebuild it, however I think that size wise it's fine and I don't really think it's necessary to build a new pool.
