The Humans are away, any chance that I could make a nest here?-April-29th-2020.

I was taking a bike ride in my hometown and I saw this in a flower pot. It was guarding a nest of eggs. Due to covid-19- there was very little people around, and this Mallard duck thought it was a good idea to make a nest here. Every time I came back to visit the duck, it was here.

Update: Kind of late a late time to say this, a day after this picture was taken, ducklings were sitting in the nest with the mallard. One was in the midst of hatching out of the egg, a remarkable sight in my opinion! :rolleyes:
