Do any Brookfield Zoo historians here know what the original species lineup of this exhibit complex was? Were there really large sharks, sea turtles, and jellies? I have no memory of those species from my 2016 visit. The vampire bats and chinchilla were not there either. All I really remember is a stinky and not especially impressive penguin exhibit.
Leopard sharks have always been there, but that's the largest shark species that was ever exhibited. While I don't know if sea turtles or jellies were there when the building first opened, both have been added since your visit. The bats and chinchilla were both removed circa 2014.
