Taken 4/5/16. This exhibition is NOT in the San Diego Zoo; it is in the San Diego History Center in Balboa Park, near the zoo. The exhibition celebrates the centennial year of the zoo and will be on view until January 1, 2017. The extensive display occupies 3 galleries, as well as some introductory features in the entrance Glass Gallery and Atrium, an interactive gallery for children called Roar! Family Den, and daily screenings of historic Zoorama television broadcasts in the Thornton Theater.
