While the website says late morning to early afternoon, it's really more whenever the keepers and watchers are ready and the weather is good enough. Like today they were out by about 8:30. Once they're out they can be on it for as long as they want it seems, though if they're all in by like 1:30-2:00 usually Lucy will be the only allowed outside it seems (never personally seen the others outside after that).
