Three Fish ID Help Please (PPG Aquarium - Pittsburgh Zoo)

I'm not having much luck on my Google research, guessing top right is a White-spotted Puffer

Yes, the one on the top right corner is a White-Spotted Puffer (Arothron hispidus). Sorry, I don't know what the other two are, but the colorful one at the bottom looks like some sort of wrasse.
 
@Great Argus I'm not sure about A. mappa. mappa has radiating lines coming out from the eye where this fish has concentric circles around the eye, and yellow inside the mouth and on the lips which mappa lacks.
 
@Moebelle Problem is caeruleopunctatus is spotted, this one is marbled/striped. The eyerings and yellowish tinges do hint towards the species though.
 
I went through tons of photos of different Arothron species, asked a few fish specialists on twitter, etc and never found a photo that looked similar enough / found someone who knew. I asked the zoo but never got a reply.
