@Chlidonias Welcome back to China! And maybe your best choice is find a travel agency that can take you to the north part of Tibet or southwest part of Qinghai, because some of the remote areas of Tibet and Qinghai are closed to foreigners, and some travel agencies could handle this situation
@baboon I understood that all of Tibet is closed to foreigners, unless you go as part of a tour group. Knowing how Chli likes to travel this is unlikely to be agreeable
@FunkyGibbon Maybe the seeing of chiru will outweigh the troubles of travelling with others Or go to Qinghai instead, where the restriction is much less.
