This restaurant seems to be quite impressive, and was it added along with the new aquarium section a few years ago? It sure beats looking at the chain-link big cat enclosures.
Yes, it opened as part of the aquarium. They have a somewhat limited lunch menu (but still a nice view) and I think a more upscale and expensive dinner menu. (I have only eaten lunch there).
