If you look at this pic closely you can see how the mesh is attached to the bracket..very poor! Noahs Ark seem to spend alot of money on enclosures which are poorly finished shame!
I cannot wait till my next visit it looks like they have managed to surpass even their low standards we this, and we the electric fence so easy to reach its just SHOCKING!!!!
I think its more 50/50, some dont some do. for example the tiger enclosures at west midlands enclosure (the ones viewed throuhg a mesh) include trees but the white tiger reserve doesn't have any. I think trees (or any kind of vegetation) is an important factor for many species.
They started with 0:2 and one of them was pregnant on arrival. They later obtained a male from WMSP. The female gave birth to 3 cubs 2 of which were still born. The mother rejected the surviving cub and he was hand reared by the keepers. He died aged 3/4 weeks. His mother died shortly after giving birth.
Must be able to house at least 4 as they were planning to keep the 1:2 and cubs.
