@snowleopard You're not wrong - some enclosures seem to be lacking an overhang. These do have a different kind of fencing attached above the main fence (based on different wiring) that makes me think those might be electrical in nature? But I'm not sure.
This enclosure might be going through renovations now based on the wooden paneling and machinery in the area. It was in a section which had older-looking and worse enclosures compared to the rest of the facility.
