Nice to see there are still some Timor Sparrows left in captivity ! Do you know howmany there are at Chester and are they breeding ?

There's quite a nice little group - we were a bit concerned initially as we only saw two or three at first but we soon spotted a little gang of half-a-dozen or so hanging out in a tree. The last exact figures I have are from 31/12/2011, when they had 2.4.15. They have been breeding - 17 were hatched in 2011, for example - but I don't specifically know whether they currently do.

And they're lovely little birds.

I only know of those listed on Zootierliste - Walsrode, Pilsen, Villars les Dombes and Arnhem.
