Yes, this is it. The outdoor cage isn't much better. There's a second, larger enclosure for the species but it was occupied by the female, so the male has to spend his time in this monstosity. I don't know what's the deal with Jihlava and giving felines bad enclosures. The rest of the zoo is nice.
