I haven't the least idea.
In a series of small freshwater tanks just at right to the entry of Aquaterrarium building, all of them unsigned
Thanks to both. It's quite possible. It's big for a Cyprinodontiform (maybe about 7-8 cm) but Fundulus can be larger than that.
 
I think I've found it, or at least very similar: Fundulus julisia, with the same pastel blue hues in dorsal and tail fins. What do you think, dear folks?
