The orangutans are difficult to spot in their fake "jungle", and here is another photo that illustrates how far the distance is from the all-indoor enclosure to the visitor walkway:
2nd worst I've ever seen. Only Kansas City's is worse. But this isn't far behind. Besides the amazing O-line, National Zoo has a pretty poor orang exhibit.
