This is a huge improvement over what it used to be when I was at the zoo in 2008 (Sun Bear Exhibit) and the exhibit is much larger than what this photo shows. The 2 species of monkey have loads of climbing opportunities but I do agree with you in regards to the Red River Hogs.
Not a bad enclosure for monkeys or hyrax from what I can see here, but unless there's a lot out of shot that is awful for the hogs. They're wallowing, ground-turning, turf-ruining creatures. I really don't like seeing pigs of any kind with no soft substrate.
Rehome the hogs, though, and this looks pretty good for what'd be left - if a little unattractively grey to human eyes.
