Wasn't this exhibit originally for dolphins?

I don’t think so, I think that might have been a larger outdoor exhibit area adjacent to the building?

After some searching, I can confirm they did live in this tank, according to the Minnesota Zoo's dolphin farewell video.

@MonkeyBat No, they lived in the tank that is currently home to the Hawaiian Monk Seals.

@MonkeyBat This tank (now the Indo-Pacific Coral Reef) was the first home for dolphins when the Zoo originally opened. They were then moved some time later to a more sizable tank (now home to the Hawaiian monk seals).

@Wyman Yes, sorry for any confusion @birdsandbats, I meant this tank was originally home to dolphins, as I am aware they moved into the current monk seal tank. Sorry for the confusions!
