This wildlife sanctuary used to have many big cats in tiny metal cages but my tour guide went to great lengths to stress that the facility has now phased out just about all of the older enclosures. The lions, tigers and cougars that I saw on the hour-long tour were all in large, grassy exhibits that were functional but also more than adequate for the felines.
