It's exciting to see photos from a major new exhibit at a zoo, hence my many comments. Knoxville really invested in tortoise and turtle exhibits! Some of the terrariums look to be only of average size, which is slightly disappointing for a brand-new Reptile House, but other enclosures appear to be excellent.
@snowleopard Knoxville specializes in breeding endangered turtles and tortoises, so it makes sense they would dedicate a greenhouse, several outdoor yards, and some other exhibits to them. The rest of the herp collection isn't very large, but they have some great displays and the design of the facility overall is fantastic. Easily tied for best herp complex I saw in 2021 along with nearby Nashville.
