@DelacoursLangur Yes, I saw a couple sitting in one last summer. It's a little bit awkward because if there is someone in a chair then a visitor can't really go up to the window and block their view in that particular area.
Yeah it would be a little annoying, even under normal times. I guess they put the chairs there to call up the atmosphere of a beach or some kind of marine tourist area.
