Not the best photo, but I photographed this bird at the park in August thinking it was a Coal tit (Periparus ater), but when looking at the pictures at home that does not seem to be correct as the bird got a black stripe from the chin along the chest (can be seen in my second photo below):

I've been trying to find out what species this possibly can be and I landed at Cinereous tit (Parus cinereus) after looking at several photos of the species. For example this photo of the back from Wikipedia:

Does anyone happen to be able to help me identify this bird even though the photos are pretty bad? I also messaged the park and hope they can help me.
