Bronx zoo, reptile house. In a terrarium labelled with carpet python and green python - both of them almost positively absent from the terrarium (or extremely well hidden). No signage for the frog.
Many thanks Thylo for the ID and info! I looked very exhaustibely at every possible corner of the exhibit and not even a tail of a snake appeared. But these critters can be completely hidden. Otherwise it could have been removed temporarily for any reason - such as a veterinary exam for example.
