It deserves to be said, this is one of the best Lemur enclosures I've seen so far. Plenty of room and a lot of vegetation to hide in.
 
@Jarne It is a pretty nice island indeed, unfortunately I also saw plenty of people trying to pet/touch the lemurs despite warnings and despite staff/volunteers being present...
 
@KevinB Not surprising, seen as in may 2019 they did hand out carrots to people to feed the lemurs. Not to say the visitors who touch them have the right to do so, but that is very confusing for regular visitors if you work with two standards like that. This also makes the lemurs used to human contact, so in a certain way the park causes this problems themselves.
 
@Jarne I did not know nor see that, but it is quite unfortunate they would do that. Visitors should not be allowed to feed primates in any case even apart from the points you made, given the risk of disease transmission. I honestly could not see any other zoo doing something like that.

That said, they also walk their free contact elephants through areas with public unfortunately, so it is not that surprising.
