A fantastic species, it's a shame there arent any in the UK at the moment.

I visited Twycross in the late ninties when they had Red Howlers but being 5 at the time, i dont remember if i saw any.

If you did, they were different to Koeln's. Twycross had Bolivian Red Howlers (Alouatta sara). I'm sure I remember them labelling both sara and seniculus for a while, but apparently the annual reports always listed them all as sara. They were certainly much paler in colour than the seniculus here. Very nice things.
