Nice that, although it's clearly from the same 'big barn' school of Giraffe Houses as every other one built in the UK in recent years (see Blackpool, Folly Farm, Cotswold, Yorkshire...), they've put a bit of effort into making a reasonably attractive example.
At a very rough guess the house and paddock are both about 4 times the size of the old one,the increase in house size should bring it into line to be able to house a breeding pure group of 1.3 or 1.4,given time they should have this,but I believe in the short term they are getting a none breeding hybrid group!
I'd say the paddock is adequate-sized, rather than huge. It tapers to a point at the end furthest from the house. It is overlooked from a 'lookout' point.
