Housing black-crowned night herons, tufted ducks, ferruginous ducks, mandarin ducks, wood ducks, mallards, and common moorhens (I presume the last two species were wild birds who got inside the aviary by accident).
Note: As the signage at Niendorf was horribly out-of-date (at almost all mixed-species exhibits, the signs mentioned species that clearly weren't there or failed to mention that species that clearly were there), I'll only note the species I saw and not the ones mentioned on the signs.
