Volunteer and Administrative Center

Taken 12/9/16. This new building complex is outside the gates of the zoo, composed of the smaller Volunteer Offices building and the larger Administrative and Executive Offices building. Interpretive signs about Papago Park in which the zoo is located are in front.
The colour, shape and architectural choices allow this new structure to be fairly unimposing. I wonder what the sign in the lake says?

I think the sign in the lake is a warning to maintenance about the presence of pipes and two large structures submerged in the lake. Water from the buildings is piped into the structures and returned to the buildings, providing passive cooling and heating from the interface with the lake's water temperature.
