Hi Hippo,
Should you want to be more specific with your photographs, your vulture photograph is of an old world vulture called the White-headed Vulture. The older books I have dealing with birds of prey have it in its own genus, Trigonoceps, the "newer" series (1992) on the birds of Africa has combined it with the Cinereous and Lappet-faced Vultures in the genus Aegypius. However, I just checked Google, and all the articles I saw on the first page, as recent as 2008, still have it designated as Trigonoceps occipitalis. So take your pick.
Good luck.
